When does this actually ship?
Private preview targets 2026, Growth and Business customers first, with public launch after. Waitlist subscribers get verified performance and the final pricing before they pay — no marketing-only benchmarks.
Can I use my own AI key?
Yes. Connect your own Anthropic, OpenAI or Google key and pay the provider directly with no markup on your tokens, or use a Yovale key with a per-site spend cap. The agents are identical either way.
Will an agent change my site without asking?
Not by default. Every destructive action — publish, delete, update, restore — is approval-gated and written to an audit log. You can opt specific low-risk actions into auto-run, per agent, when you trust it.
What happens to my customer and order data?
Sensitive data is redacted before it reaches any AI provider — identifiers hashed, emails and phones masked — and providers are configured not to train on your data. WooCommerce order data never leaves our boundary in the clear.
Does this need a special plugin?
No theme or plugin work from you. The MCP bridge ships as a signed Yovale platform component on your site, and the agents reach the server through the same secure path the dashboard uses.
What if an agent breaks something?
Anything that writes takes a snapshot first, so a bad change is one click to revert. Sandbox-based agents run on a disposable copy of your site, never the live one.
