support, automated

A support agent that can actually act.

Not a canned-FAQ bot. It looks up the real order, checks fulfilment, and processes the refund — with anything that moves money held for your approval and capped at a limit you set.

safe with customer data

Orders carry PII. It never reaches the model.

Names, emails, phones and addresses are redacted before anything leaves Yovale — identifiers hashed, contact details masked, reversible only inside our boundary. Scoped tokens and approval gates do the rest.

  • Customer PII masked before any model sees it
  • Refunds capped and gated above your threshold
  • Per-store scoped tokens, full audit log

honest questions

Questions before the waitlist.

When does this ship?

Private preview targets 2026, after the core MCP servers land. Waitlist subscribers get access in waves and see the final pricing before paying.

Can it issue refunds on its own?

Not by default. Refunds and other money-moving actions are approval-gated and capped at a threshold you set — the agent proposes the refund, you confirm it. You can raise the auto-approve cap per token once you trust it.

What happens to my customers' personal data?

It's redacted before anything reaches a model — names and identifiers hashed, emails, phones and addresses masked — reversible only inside Yovale's boundary. Providers are configured not to train on your data, and order data never leaves us in the clear.

Do I have to install the WooCommerce MCP myself?

No. It's the official WooCommerce MCP, pre-configured on your store as a signed Yovale platform component. Nothing for you to install.

Which AI tools can connect?

Any MCP-capable client — Claude Desktop, Claude Code, ChatGPT, Cursor and Codex. Add the endpoint and a scoped token once.

How is this different from the AI agents?

MCP lets your own AI tool drive the store. The agents are workflows Yovale runs for you — abandoned-cart recovery, catalog grooming, the checkout watchdog. Many stores will use both.

Put your store in your AI tool, before preview opens.

Opening in waves to Growth and Business stores first. Waitlist subscribers help shape the tool catalog and see the pricing before anyone pays.
